Eppie’s Great Race is scheduled for Saturday, July 18th. This triathlon event has options for both individual participants as well as teams. You begin by running 5.82 miles, bike 12.5 miles and finish up with a 6.35 mile kayak all within the beautiful American River Parkway. Does anyone has plan for this upcoming event as a team or individual? I heard it's a fun one. I can do the run and/or bike but not kayak.
